How do I create a team?
If you are not yet on a team, you can go to the 'Create Team' page via your Dashboard or the 'Community' menu. Choose a unique team name and tag to get started!

How do I invite someone to my team?
Only the team leader can invite players. Go to 'My Team', where you will find an option to invite new members based on their username.

How do I accept an invitation?
If you have received an invitation and are not yet on a team, an 'Incoming Invitations' block will appear at the top of your Dashboard. There you can accept or decline the invitation.

Can I request to join a team myself?
Yes! Go to the 'All Teams' page via the 'Community' menu. Find the team you want to join, and next to the team name, you will find a 'Request to Join' button. The team leader will then receive your request.

Matches

How do I submit a score?
Open matches for tournaments and ladders can be found on your 'My Matches' and 'My Ladder' pages. Next to the match, there is a button to submit the score.

My opponent submitted the wrong score, what should I do?
If you need to confirm a score that is incorrect, click the 'Dispute' button. An administrator will then review the situation and enter the correct score.
