Anti-Cheat Policy

Effective immediately. Applies to all tournaments, ladder matches, seasonal events, and any other competitive activities on this platform.

Purpose

Our community is built on fair play, integrity, and mutual respect. This Anti-Cheat Policy exists to protect the competitive experience for all participants by strictly prohibiting cheating, exploiting bugs, or using any form of unfair advantage.

Scope

This policy applies to all users participating in:

Official and community-run tournaments
Ladder and seasonal ranked matches
Any scheduled matches or events hosted or endorsed by our platform

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden and may result in disciplinary measures, including permanent bans:

Use of third-party software (cheat programs, aim assists, macros, bots, or automation tools) that alter gameplay or provide any unfair advantage.
Exploiting bugs or glitches in the game or tournament system to gain an advantage.
Match fixing or intentionally winning/losing in coordination with others.
Account sharing or boosting — allowing another person to play on your account or manipulating rankings.
Falsifying results or submitting fake match evidence.
Using unauthorized hardware that modifies inputs or gameplay behavior in unintended ways.

Evidence and Detection

We use a combination of automated detection, game logs, replay reviews, and manual investigations to verify potential rule violations. Attempting to alter, delete, or falsify evidence is itself a serious violation of this policy.

Consequences

Confirmed violations will result in disciplinary action, which may include:

Temporary suspension from competitive play
Removal of tournament results, ladder points, or seasonal rewards
Permanent account ban for severe or repeated offenses
Notification to tournament staff and community moderators when appropriate

Note: A confirmed cheating offense will generally result in an immediate ban from all competitive features. The duration and severity of penalties will depend on the nature of the offense and any prior history.

Reporting Procedures

If you suspect cheating or any violation of this policy, please report it as soon as possible through our official Discord server. Include as much relevant information as you can, such as:

Match ID, date, and time
Names or account IDs involved
Replays, screenshots, or video evidence
A short description of what happened

All reports are handled confidentially by our admin team via Discord.

Investigation & Appeals

Each report is investigated according to internal procedures. Depending on the complexity and available evidence, this process may take time. If action is taken, the affected player will be notified on Discord and may be given instructions for appealing the decision.

To appeal, contact an administrator on Discord and include any new evidence or relevant context to support your case. Appeals without valid reasoning or proof may be denied.

Prevention & Best Practices

Keep your account secure with a strong password and two-factor authentication (if available).
Never share your account credentials with others.
Report any bugs or exploits directly to the admins instead of abusing them.
Review tournament and event-specific rules before participating.
